Laminating screws are made for drywalls and are designed for use with a Phillips-head screwdriver. They are made of steel with a black phosphate finish.
Sharper than traditional screws. They work great for fastening underlayment to OSB subflooring, they will grab enough to countersink in particle board, wonder board or any other underlayment. A drywall-type screw labeled as a "laminating" screw
